Comparison of Neutrophil to Lymphocytes (N/L) Ratio in Pregnancy and Lactation of Thin-Tail Sheep

Thin-tailed sheep are the most widely kept species in Indonesia. The neutrophils and lymphocytes (N/L) ratio can be a stress indicator for sheep. Stress conditions cause animals to experience impaired growth, productivity, behavioral changes. However, study of thr N/L during pregnancy lactation thin tailed is still lacking variations physiological status such as condition differences ratio. This was conducted determine level on pregnant lactating by looking at difference blood samples used were seven five rearing El Farm Ternak Domba Kambing dan Pendopo Sawah Kunden, Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta. data obtained analyzed using Independent T-test method with help SPSS software version 16. result statistical analysis showed that no significant (P>0.05). average higher, it 0.61 ± 0.95, while conditions, 0.23 0.30. conclusion from this had effect ewes two studied within normal limits.
